Silver Spike Investment Corp. (SSIC) has completed the acquisition of a loan portfolio from Chicago Atlantic Loan Portfolio, LLC (CALP), expanding its net assets to $300 million and investments in 28 portfolio companies. The transaction has resulted in changes to SSIC's leadership and the company has been renamed to Chicago Atlantic BDC, Inc.
