SilverCrest Metals Inc. has completed a plan of arrangement with Coeur Mining, Inc., where Coeur has acquired all of the issued and outstanding SilverCrest shares. SilverCrest shares are expected to be delisted from the stock exchanges, and the company will apply to cease being a reporting issuer in Canada.
