Mullen Automotive has finalized a settlement with GEM, resolving all outstanding legal disputes between the parties. As part of the settlement, Mullen has transferred full ownership of its manufacturing facility in Mishawaka, Indiana, to GEM. This settlement will enable Mullen to focus on its forward-looking operational priorities.

Mullen Automotive disclosed the sale of its all-electric Mullen ONE Class 1 cargo van to Global Expert Shipping, which will be fulfilled through Mullen's national EV dealer partner, Pritchard Automotive. The addition of the Mullen ONE will help Global Expert lower its carbon footprint and support its transportation needs.
