(NASDAQ: LKCO) (“Luokung” or the “Company”), a leading spatial-temporal intelligent big data services company and provider of interactive location-based services (“LBS”) and high-definition maps (“HD Maps”) in China, today announced that on May 2, 2024, the Company received a notice from the NASDAQ Stock Market (the “Nasdaq Notice”), notifying the Company that it is not in compliance with the requirements for continued listing set forth in NASDAQ Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) because it did not timely file its annual report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2023 (the “2023 Annual Report”).

(NASDAQ: LKCO) (“Luokung” or the “Company”), a leading spatial-temporal intelligent big data services company and provider of interactive location-based services (“LBS”) and high-definition maps (“HD Maps”) in China, today announced that on May 2, 2024, the Company received an additional 180 calendar day extension (“Second Compliance Grace Period”) from Nasdaq’s Listing Qualifications Department to meet Nasdaq’s continuing listing requirements by maintaining a minimum bid price per share of $1.00 for a minimum of 10 consecutive trading days. The Company now has until October 28, 2024  to regain compliance.
