(NasdaqGS: KMPH) (“Zevra” or the “Company” and formerly known as KemPharm, Inc.), today announced it has filed its preliminary proxy statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) in connection with the Company’s 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (“Annual Meeting”), which is scheduled to take place on April 25, 2023. Stockholders do not need to take any action with respect to the 2023 Annual Meeting at this time.
