(“HWH”) (Nasdaq: HWH) announced today that it has entered into a joint venture through its subsidiary Health Wealth Happiness Pte Ltd. (“HWHPL”), with Mr. Chen Ziping (“Mr. Chen”), an experienced entrepreneur in the travel industry, and Mr. Chan Heng Fai Ambrose, HWH’s Executive Chairman (“Mr. Chan”). This new joint venture is part of HWH’s strategy of building its travel business in Asia.
