(Nasdaq: EGLX; TSX: EGLX) (the “Company”), the leading gaming media and entertainment company in North America, today announced that it has notified the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) of its intention to voluntarily delist its common shares (“Shares”) from Nasdaq.
