Coinshares Valkyrie Bitcoin Fund Common Shares of Beneficial Interest

CoinShares, a leading global investment firm, has expanded its Swedish XBT Provider platform by launching seven new physically-backed crypto Exchange Traded Products (ETPs). The new ETPs offer investors access to a range of digital assets with competitive management fees and staking rewards.

CoinShares reported its Q1 2025 results, with asset management revenue of $29.6 million and EBITDA of $29.8 million. The company's CoinShares Physical platform led the European crypto ETP market, but its Principal Investment division saw a loss of $1.5 million.
