$ASPN ANNOUNCES PUBLIC OFFERING OF 4.25M SHARES
Aspen Aerogels $ASPN launched an underwritten public offering of 4.25M shares of common stock, with an option for underwriters to purchase up to 637,500 additional shares. The offering will support working capital, capital expenditures, and corporate purposes.
Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley are joint book-running managers for the offering. A shelf registration statement was filed with the SEC on Oct. 21, 2024, and the offering will proceed under that framework.
